Alan is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors, and a Master of Architecture, both from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a co-founder of Concord Builders.

David is a Texas Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin. He founded Scientech Engineers in Houston. He is a co-founder of Concord Builders.

Jeff Gaston is the Senior Project Manager for Concord Builders, with the company 15 years. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the Texas A&M University in College Station. Home-owners are particularly impressed and satisfied with his effective communication skills and fast response to any warranty or operational issues.

Juan Perez is our Construction Superintendent. He is results-oriented, with over 20 years-of experience in construction management.
Juan holds a verifiable track record for the successful completion of hundreds of residential and commercial projects.
He is skilled in coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport
with local officials, vendors, and clients.
